Canadian McCain acquires 49% of Brazilian producer of cheese bread, Forno de Minas
McCain do Brasil Alimentos, a subsidiary of Canadian-based McCain, maker of pre-fried and frozen potatoes, has entered into an agreement to acquire a 49% stake in Forno de Minas Alimentos.
